摘 要:毛竹活性炭是以毛竹废料为原料在850℃下,用二氧化碳作为活化剂活化预先浸渍硫酸亚铁毛竹来制备的。毛竹活性炭孔的物理性质用77K下氮气吸附等温线来表征。实验制备的活性炭对苯酚均具有较高的吸附性能和较快的吸附速率。在25℃下,通过静态和动态试验对活性炭吸附水中的苯酚进行了研究,测定了吸附等温线。用Freundlich和Langmuir方程来拟合吸附等温线,结果发现毛竹活性炭对苯酚的静态吸附较符合Langmuir等温式。苯酚的吸附动力学用拟一级和拟二级方程来研究。计算出动力学模型的吸附速率常数。结果证明该毛竹活性炭对苯酚的吸附符合拟二级动力学方程。研究证明实验制备的活性炭可以有效的去除苯酚。Bamboo activated carbons were prepared by activating the previously FeSO4 immersed bamboo with CO2 at 850℃.The pore properties of the prepared bamboo activated carbons were characterized by N2 adsorption isotherms.The phenol adsorption properties of the prepared bamboo activated carbons were studied by the thermodynamic and kinetic methods at 25℃.It shows that all the prepared bamboo activated carbons have a higher adsorption capacity and fast adsorption rate for the removal of phenol.Freundlich and Langmuir equations were used to model the adsorption isotherms at equilibrium,and it shows that the Langmuir model fits the experimental data more adequately.The adsorption kinetics was tested with pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order models,and the rate constants of adsorption for these two kinetics models were calculated.It was found that the pseudo-second-order kinetic model provides better correlation of the experimental data compared to the pseudo-first-order model.The experimental results prove that the prepared bamboo activated carbon is an effective adsorbent for the removal of phenol from aqueous solution.
