天然产物中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的筛选研究进展

摘　　要：综述天然产物中α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的理化性质及其筛选方法。目前用于α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂筛选的天然材料主要包括草药、海洋无脊椎动物、海藻以及一些药食两用的农产品。这些天然抑制剂的筛选主要以体外α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制活性为依据,分离纯化则主要经有机溶剂提取、分步萃取后,硅胶或大孔吸附树脂、凝胶过滤分离纯化,高效液相色谱、质谱、核磁共振等检测方法进行物质结构的鉴定。The physical and chemical properties of α-glucosidase inhibitors from natural products were reviewed.Now,the natural products mainly included herbal medicine,marine invertebrates,seaweed,medicinal and edible plants.The screening of α-glucosidase inhibitors was according to the inhibitory activity in vitro,then the inhibitors were purified by solvent extraction,silica and gel filtration,finally the structure was identificated by HPLC,MS,NMR,et al.
