摘　　要：对于横火焰的池炉来说,换向时炉压和液位的波动,是制约池炉工艺参数控制精度提高的主要因素之一。本文从生产实践出发,系统阐述了池炉压力和液位的相互关系,从原理和控制思路上提出了几种提高压力和液位控制精度的新方法。One of the main restraint factors for increasing control precision of technological parameters of tank furnace is fluctuation of liquid level and furnace pressure during reversing on cross-flame tank.Some new procedures to increase pressure of tank furnace and control precision of liquid level were proposed on the basis of control principle and analysis of interrelationship between tank pressure and liquid level.
