摘　　要："村治在线"是我国首个以农村基层管理电子化和信息化为目标的软件系统,它是一种集互动、交流、信息公开于一身的新型村务公开形式。"村治在线"的出现,是我国民主政治发展的需要,也是农村经济发展、农民权益意识觉醒的必然要求。"村治在线"充分利用现有的传媒技术,创建了信息共享传播模式,互动监督传播模式,同时充分发挥意见领袖的引导作用。这些传播模式的应用使得"村治在线"构建了农村传播公共话语平台,建立了协调机制,成为社会减压阀,同时推动了基层经济的发展和民主政治的进步。＂Village on line＂ is the first software system designed to informationize and electronize rural management.Its appearance is propelled by China＇s democratic political development,rural economic development and farmers＇ awakeness of their own rights and interests.＂Village on line＂ makes full use of the existing media and information technology to create the communication modes of information sharing and interactive supervision.The application of these communication modes helps the village community build the rural public communication platform,establish coordination mechanisms and promote the economic development and democratic progress.
