摘　　要：依据实际案例分析导致船舶滞留的原因,主要表现在操作人员和设备保养方面的缺憾。为了杜绝因GMDSS缺陷导致船舶滞留现象的发生,必须提高培训机构和学员的培训质量,持证人员要采取各种措施来保证设备的正常使用。According to the actual cases,the article analyses the reasons for detention of ships.There are mainly defects in operations and equipment maintenance.In order to eliminate defects caused by GMDSS so that ship stranded,we must improve the training quality of training institutions and trainees.Certified people must take all measures to ensure the normal use of equipments.
