摘　　要：长株潭城市群快递服务业处于快速发展阶段,各种投资主体参与市场竞争,快递服务的商业模式创新发展迅速,快递服务业的服务对象广泛,与产业联动发展效应明显。然而长株潭城市群快递服务业的发展规模与发达地区相比还有较大距离,服务水平还比较低、服务网络不够完善、缺乏有效的监管体系,快递服务业发展的研究上处于起步阶段。文中通过对长株潭城市群发展现状和问题的客观分析,提出了具体对策:实施体制创新,构建长株潭城市群快递服务业管理中心;推进机制创新,建立区域快递服务协调和监管机制;加大政策创新,坚决落实各项扶持保障措施;鼓励技术创新,努力提升区域内快递服务业竞争能力;注重人才培养,建立常态化教育培训机制。The express service industry ChangZhuTan urban agglomeration is at the fast development phase,many kinds of investment have participated in the market competition,express service＇s business model innovation development rapidly,the express service industry＇s target client widespreadly,the industrial linkage development effect obviously. However,compare ing wirh the developed area,the ChangZhuTan urban agglomeration express service industry＇s development scale have great distance,the service level are very low,the service network insufficient consummation,lacking the effective supervision system,in the express service industry development＇s research is in the step the stage. The article analysis the ChangZhuTan urban agglomeration development present situation,proposed the concrete countermeasure：impley system innovation,construct the administrative center for express service industry in ChangZhuTan urban agglomeration; innovate mechanism,setup area express service coordinated and the supervisory mechanism; innovate policy,carries out each support safeguard mechanism firmly; encourages the technological innovation,promotes in diligently the region express service industry competitive ability; establish the normalizing education training mechanism.
