摘  要:文中在介绍第三方物流业的现状及其资源整合的意义的基础上,分析了第三方物流资源整合的现状、特点及面临的问题,综述了国内建立第三方物流战略联盟的意义。选择以"市场结构——市场行为——市场绩效"范式作为理论依据,提出了以第三方物流整合的要素和物流成本有机统一为目标;并应按照顾客导向、知识管理、系统整合、运作规范化等原则来进行第三方物流整合。The paper introduces third-party logistics industry in the present situation and the meaning of integration of resources based on the analysis of the status of third-party logistics resource integration,characteristics and problems are reviewed internally to establish the significance of strategic alliances third party logistics. Choose to "Market Structure-Market Action-Market Performance" Paradigm as a theoretical basis for the proposed integration of third-party logistics elements and logistics costs of organic unity as the goal; and should be in accordance with customer orientation,knowledge management,systems integration,operations standardization to carry out the principles of integration of third party logistics.
