摘　　要：现代物流的快速发展离不开金融服务的支持,物流金融是物流业发展的必然产物。文中分析了物流金融的特点与模式,同时从质押物、物流企业、融资企业、金融机构四个方面谈及了物流金融的风险与防范。The rapid development of modern logistics can not do without the support of financial services,logistics and finance is the inevitable result of the logistics industry. This paper analyzes the characteristics and mode of Logistics and Finance,also from collateral material,logistics,finance companies,financial institutions talk about four aspects of the logistics of financial risks and prevention.
