摘　　要：针对ISO9001质量管理标准在实际应用中存在的主要问题,引入卓越绩效模式,根据两者在管理职责、过程控制以及资源管理等方面的整合,提出基于卓越绩效模式的ISO9001标准改进措施。Aiming at the main problems of IS09001 Standard in practical application process,the author introduces the Excellent Performance Mode,and puts forward the IS09001 Standard improvement measures based on Excellent Performance Mode according to the integration of administration responsibility,processes control and resource management.
