摘　　要：综述了遗传标记在中华鳖种群差异性分析中的应用,同时对中华鳖种质资源分子评价的未来发展趋势进行了简要的讨论,以期为进一步了解中华鳖的遗传背景,发掘中华鳖的遗传潜力以及种质改良奠定基础,也为同类研究提供参考.The application of genetic markers in Trionyx sinensis population analysis is briefly reviewed in this paper.The trend of molecular evaluation in Trionyx sinensis germplasm resource is also discussed.The research result of this work is expected to offer a helpful reference for further understanding the Trionyx sinensis genetic background and exploring the Trionyx sinensis genetic potentials.
