摘　　要：目的探讨术后腰椎间盘炎的临床特征及其治疗方法。方法收治术后腰椎间盘炎８例，采用保守治疗。结果６例经保守治疗，疗效满意，２例经保守治疗无效行病灶清除术。结论椎间盘炎临床以血沉增快和剧烈腰腿痛为主要特征，治疗以保守为主。bjective To inquire into the clinical feature and treatment of postoperative lumbar discitis. Methods Eight cases of postoperative lumbar discitis were diagnosed and treated with conservative method. Results Satisfactory therapeutic effect was obtained in 6 cases with conservative treatment,and the curettage of pathological focus was applied to 2 cases without effectiveness in conservative treatment. Conclusion The major clinical features of discitis are the acceleration of ESR and the severe lumbocrural pain,and the main therapy is conservative.
