摘　　要：目的针对男男性接触者(MSM)的艾滋病性病检测及服务需求,为建立适合上海市MSM艾滋病性病综合防治模式提供科学依据。方法采用滚雪球的招募方法,访谈员在MSM人群聚集场所采用面对面访谈方式,在知情同意的原则下,该人群接受HIV、梅毒检测和性行为、服务需求调查。结果在接受调查的210人中,HIV-1和梅毒的感染率分别为5.2%和7.1%;最近6个月与男性性伴发生肛交每次使用安全套41.4%。结论针对MSM人群应加强艾滋病自愿咨询检测,开展同伴教育,推广规范化性病诊疗服务和提高安全套使用等综合防治。Aim To survey the prevalence of HIV/AIDS and syphilis among MSM in Shanghai and offer basis for making prevention and control strategies. Methods Workers were recruited by snow-ball scheme and MSM were interviewed at gathering sites of MSM after the informed consent. Then blood samples were taken from the subjects for HIV and syphilis tests. Results The positive rates for HIV-1 and syphilis among MSM were 5.2% and 7.1%; respectively, and the rate for condom use when doing sexual intercoures daily was 41.4%. All syphilis patients and HIV positives were medieallly managed. Conclusion Voluntary consultation of HIV and STD be carried out , counterpart education and advocating the use of condoms be practiced among MSM.
