摘　　要：分析了当前我国商业贿赂犯罪侦查存在的问题,从法理上指陈商业贿赂犯罪侦查存在的相关缺陷,进而提出完善我国商业贿赂犯罪侦查举措:(1)建立统一的商业贿赂犯罪侦查机构;(2)建立商业贿赂案件侦查举报人证人保护制度;(3)明确规定商业贿赂案件侦查的初查程序;(4)赋予商业贿赂犯罪案件的特殊侦查措施。Based on current status analysis,the measures to perfect the system of commercial bribery crimes investigation are proposed as follows.（1）Establish the unified department to investigate commercial bribery crimes.（2）Establish a system to protect the informer and witness for commercial bribery case investigation.（3）Clearly regulate the preliminary investigation procedures of commercial bribery case.（4）Execute the special measures to investigate the commercial bribery crimes.
