摘　　要：腐败是各国政府普遍存在的通病,而警察执法腐败是司法腐败的重要表现形式之一。警察和公众的接触,大多数是通过执法活动来进行的。本文从警察执法中出现的腐败现象的涵义、类型、原因作了较系统的分析,并提出了防控腐败的策略。The corruption is universal existence in various countries＇ government,and police corruption in law enforcement is one of important manifestations of judicial corruption.Mafority contac of police and public happen through the enforcement activity.This article makes the systematic analysis at the implication,the type,the reason appeared in law enforcement,and proposes the prevention and control strategy.
