摘  要:结扎家兔双侧颈总动脉2小时后,可使其脑组织Ca^(2+)含量升高(P<0.01),脑组织脂质过氧化物含量上升(P<0.05),脑组织 cAMP含量升高(P<0.05),而缺血后脑组织 SOD活性和GSH-Px活性均明显降低(P<0.01和 P<0.05)。提示脑缺血后脑细胞内 Ca^(2+)超负荷,自由基产生增加。在缺血同时对家兔施行“十二井穴”放血,可使脑组织Ca^(2+)含量下降(P<0,05),MDA含量下降(P<0.05),cAMP含量降低(P<0.05),而 SOD活性则明显升高(P<0.01)。结果提示,“手十二井穴”放血可对抗脑缺血后细胞内Ca^(2+)超负荷,防止氧自由基的毒副作用。In the present study, the effect of pricking blood of 'twelve-well points of the hand' in resisting cerebral ischemia was observed in 31 rabbits. These rabbits were randomly divided into control group (n = 10 ), ischemia group (n = 11 ) and ischemia plus blood letting group (n = 10). Results showed that two hours after occlusion of rabbit bilateral common carotid arteries, contents of Ca^(2+), lipid peroxide (LPO) and cAMP of the brain tissues all increased significantly (P < 0. 05), but the activity of both superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) lowered evidently (P < 0. 01, 0. 05), indicating overload of intracellular Ca^(2+) and increase of oxygen free radical. After bloodletting of 'twelve-well points', contents of Ca^(2+), malonyldialdehyde (MDA) and cAMP lowered sig- nificantly (P < 0. 05 ), while the activity of SOD increased considerably (P < 0. 01 ). Results suggested that blood-letting of 'twelve-well points' could resist cerebral ischemia-induced overload of intracellular Ca^(2+) of the brain tissues and prevented the toxic action of oxygen free radical.
