“手十二井穴”刺络放血对实验性脑缺血大鼠缺血区脑组织钙调素活性影响的实验观察

摘　　要：本文以凝结大脑中动脉大鼠为脑缺血实验模型（ＭＣＡｏ），以缺血区细胞内钙调素（ＣａＭ）含量为指标，观察了“手十二井穴”刺络放血的作用。实验表明：“手十二井穴”刺络放血对脑缺血引起的活性钙调素含量的升高有一定的抑制作用，从而保护了脑细胞，为“手十二井穴”刺络放血法的推广应用提供了部分依据。MCAo model rat was used in the experiment. In order to observe the effection of blood-letting puncture in "twelve-well points" on CaM, we detected the CaM content of the cerebral ischemia region intracellular. The experiment showed that there were some inhibition for the content of active CaM in the Ca^(2+) -CaM compound after treatment. Therefore, this treatment can protect the brain cell. It provided some facts for spreading and applying of this treatment.
