试析大学毕业生择业不同阶段的心理表现

摘　　要：当前,我国大学毕业生就业形势非常严峻,相当一部分大学生在择业过程中暴露出种种心理问题,主要表现为:择业前期的自负、求稳、攀比、从众心理;择业中期的焦虑、自卑、依赖、犹豫、挫折心理;择业后期的懈怠、抑郁、嫉妒、不满心理。正确对待择业过程中所产生的心理压力,增强自我心理调适能力是有效解决这些心理问题的根本途径。Currently,the employment situation of college graduates in our country is very severe.A great part of the college students expose a variety of psychological problems in the course of job-hunting.They are as follows：the psychological problems of self-conceitedness,stability,comparison and following-the-mass existing in the earlier stage of job-hunting;the psychological problems of nervousness,inferiority,dependence,hesitance and frustration existing in the middle stage of job-hunting;the psychological problems of slacking,depression,envy and dissatisfaction existing in the later stage of job-hunting.It is the basic way of solving the job-hunting psychological problems to adopt a correct attitude towards the psychological pressure in job-hunting and improve the ability of psychological self-adjustment.
