摘 要:本工作的目的在于研究连接边缘前脑和中脑的重要结构缓核对NRM的调控作用。细胞外记录大鼠NRM神经元的放电,电刺激 NLH,当强度达 4V以上时,观察到刺激中对 NRM有兴奋作用,放电增加,而刺激停止以后为抑制作用,使细胞放电减少甚至停止。而且 NLH对 NRM这种即时兴奋和后抑制双向调制作用,可随刺激强度的增加而增强。但以同样强度系列刺激伏核时,刺激中和刺激停止后均为兴奋作用,故 NLH对 NRM的这种双相调制作用可能是特异性的。当损毁两侧 NLH后, NRM神经元放电明显增加,可见 NLH对 NRM的双向调控作用中以后抑制作用占优势,有紧张性抑制解除的现象。在NRM神经元由于损毁NLH自发放电明显增加的背景上,刺激Sm Ⅱ时则不再能兴奋RNM神经元,而是使其抑制,再次看到兴奋转化为抑制的规律。The aim of present work was to study how nucleus raphe magnus(NRM) neurons are modulated by the nucleus lateral habenula(NLH), that plays a pivotal role in funnelling information from the limbic forebrain to the limbic midbrain area. Neuron discharges of NRM were recorded extracellularly by glass microelectrode in rats. Electrical stimulation of NLH for 5 see, when its intensity over 4V, could excitate NRM neurons, increasing unit discharges during stimulation, and inhibit the neurons, decreasing discharges after stopping stimulation, besides, the bi-directional modulation of immediate-excitation and post-inhibition of NLH on NRM neurons could be enhanced with the increase of stimulation intensity. But the effects of stimulation of nucleus accumbens(NAc) with the same series of intensities on the same neuron were all excitation during and stopping stimulation. Thus the bi-directional modulation of NLH on NRM neuron may be a specificity. After lesion of bilateral NLH, the discharges of NRM neurons were obviously increased (P < 0. 05 ), showing a tonic inhibition on them to be removed. On the background of discharge increase of NRM neurons after NLH lesion, the excitatory responses of NRM neuron to Sin Ⅱ stimulation were reversed to inhibitory responses. The phenomenon of excitatory-inhibitory change may be a regularity.
