摘 要:本研究采用免疫电镜技术研究大鼠延髓网状背侧亚核内μ阿片肽受体样免疫反应阳性结构定位分布。电镜观察发现μ阿片肽受体样免疫反应产物主要附着在胞浆内膜性细胞器或囊泡的表面,许多树突尤其是小树突呈免疫阳性反应。由阴性的轴突与μ阿片肽受体免疫反应阳性的树突构成的不对称性轴一树突触是最常见的突触类型。另一方面很少见到μ阿片肽受体样免疫反应阳性神经元的胞体和轴突,因而很少观察到由μ阿片肽受体样阳性轴突和阴性(或阳性)树突构成的轴一树突触。然而我们偶尔发现 1例由 μ阿片肽受体样免疫阳性轴突与阳性轴突构成的轴-轴突触。本研究为μ阿片肽受体通过突触前和突触后调控机制参与阿片镇痛提供了形态学依据。Immunoelectron microscopic technique was used in the present study to observe the μ-opioid re- ceptor-like immunoreactive (MOR-LI) ultrastructures in the medullary subnucleus reticularis dorsalis (SRD) of the rat. The immunoreactive products were located on the surface of membranous cell or- ganelles, or on the surfaces of the vesicles in the cytoplasm. Many dendritic profiles, especially the small dendritic profiles, were immunopositive. The most common synaptic type was asymmetric synapses made by non-immunoreactive a-conal terminals with MOR-LI dendrites. On the other hand, MOR-LI products were occasionally found in neuronal cell bodies and a-conal terminals. For this reason, it was rarely observed that the axo-dendritic synapses were made by MOR-LI a-conal terminals with immunoreactive or non-immunoreactive dendrites. However, we happened to find a axo-axonal synape made by MOR-LI a-conal terminals with non-immunoreactive axonal terminals. The present study provided a morphologic evidence for the involvement of MOR in opioid analgesia by both presynaptic and postsynaptic mechanisms in the rat SRD.
