儒家“和而不同”思想对民主党派党建理论体系建构的认识价值

摘　　要：中国共产党成为执政党以后,以博大的胸襟接纳了民主党派,以"十六字方针"与共谋发展。民主党派应借鉴儒家"和而不同"思想勇于不断的自身建设,创建具有自身特色的党建理论体系,适应新的时代的需要,适应参政议政的需要。在中国共产党的领导下,转换角色,进一步主动地加强与共产党的合作,谋求民族与国家的共同发展。When the CCP became the party in power since 1949,cooprated with the other democratic parties,in according with the principle of sixteen Chinese characters.Confucian philosophy should be applied when the democratic parties improve themselves and change the roles of themselves,when working together with the CCP,so they could make progress for the nation and people.
