艾灸对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响的实验观察

摘　　要：本文对１０６例正常小鼠和环磷酸胺小鼠的“大推”穴区进行了艾灸和非艾灸处理，通过其吞噬百分率和吞噬指数的变化，观察艾灸对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响，结果如下；艾灸“大椎”穴区对正常小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能影响不大。但对环磷酰胺小鼠，艾灸对其巨噬细胞吞噬功能的增强作用非常显著，本实验证实了针灸有调衡效应。In this paper, moxibustion and nonmoxibustion treatments were given to 'Dazhui' (GV 14) of 106 nomal mice and cyclophosphamide treated mice, the effects of moxibustion on macrophage phagocytic function percentage of phagocytosis and phagocytic index of mice were observed. The results were as follows: Moxibustion at 'Dazhui 'could not increase macrophage phagocytic function of nomal mice, but had a remarkable strengthening effect on that in cyclophosphamide treated mice. The experiment suggested moxibustion had an effect of regulation.
