摘　　要：介绍了企业财务战略绩效评价制度的基本要素构成,分析了评价主体制度的演进及特征,阐述了财务共同治理机制。最后,分析了传统激励制度的弊端,提出了激励制度设计方法。This paper describes basic elements of the performance evaluation system of corporate financial strategies,analyzes the evolution and evaluation of the main features of the system,and explains the financial co-governance.Finally,it analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional incentive system and proposes incentive system design.
