摘  要:为观察电针后大脑皮层的温度反应,研究皮层在针灸刺激中的作用,应用皮层红外热像显示法(CIT),对家猫在分别电针单侧“内关”穴和“后三里”穴后的皮层温度变化进行显示和分析。①电针穴位后,各观察组皮层均出现一定的升温反应,与不针刺对照组小幅平稳降温形成对比;②对区域平均升温值较高者的分析显示,各组前上薛氏回、冠状回针后的升温均较高;除此之外各组还有各自针后高升温区。上述结果表明:电针穴位后皮层以升温反应为主要趋势;电针不同穴位有共同高升温区,亦有各组特异性高升温区。皮层热像显示法用于研究皮层的针刺温度效应具有一定的实用价值。In order to study the role of cortex in acupuncture effect, the changes of conical temperature after electro-acupuncturing 'Neiguan', or 'Housanli' point (one side) were displayed by CIT in cats.Re- sults: (1) the conical temperature was increased in EA groups, but it was decreased in control group without EA within 30min, (2) the temperature in sib region (about Ant. Suprasylv in Gyms), 13^(th) region and 11^(th) region (about Coronal Gyms) were elevated more than other regions in all EA groups. Otherwise there were also some respective high temperature regions in each group, for example, 20^(th) region in the group of acupuncture ipsilateral 'Neiguan', 7^(th) region in the group of contralateral 'Neiguan', etc. Conclusion: The response of conical temperature after EA shows a main tendency to rise in temperature, there are some common regions raising temperature in all EA groups, and also has its specific region raising temperature in every EA group. The CIT has practical value for research on acupuncture effects.
