摘  要:[目的]为了筛选饲用豌豆在肉牛饲养中的最适添加量。[方法]试验以4头安装永久性瘤胃瘘管的杂交公牛为研究对象,采用4×4拉丁方设计,试验日粮共分4组,分别为对照组:基础日粮;试验组一:精料中添加15%豌豆;试验组二:精料中添加25%豌豆;试验组三:精料中添加35%豌豆。[结果]表明试验组二和试验组三的干物质表观消化率显著高于其他两组(P<0.05),试验组二和试验组三的酸性洗涤纤维消化率(P<0.05)显著高于对照组;第24 h的干物质消失率对照组显著高于其他组(P<0.05),试验组二在48 h和72 h的粗蛋白消失率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组和试验组三日粮中干物质的b值和有效降解率显著低于其他组(P<0.05),对照组和试验组三日粮中粗蛋白的b值显著低于试验组一(P<0.05),对照组的c值显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),NDF和ADF的降解参数和有效降解率各组之间差异不显著。[结论]豌豆在中混合精料中的最适添加量为25%。【Objective】The optional additive amount of feeding peas.【Method】4 hybrid beef bull install a permanent rumen fistula were used in the study.Experimental diets is divided into four groups by using 4 × 4 Latin square method: the control group,basal diet group;experimental group 1,2 and 3: adding 15%,25% and 35% peas to the concentrate supplement diet,respectively.【Result】 The results showed that the apparent digestibility of DM in experimental 1 and 2 was significantly higher than the other two groups(P〈0.05).The ADF digestibility of experimental group 2 and 3 was significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).The DM degradation rat at the 24h dynamics of control group was significantly higher than other groups(P〈0.05).The degradation rate of CP at the 48 h and 72 h of the dynamics were significantly higher than that of control group(P〈0.05).The b value(the slow degradation of part) and EDP(the effective degradation rate) in control group and experimental 3 were significantly lower than that of in other groups(P〈0.05).The b value of dietary CP in control group and experimental 3 was significantly lower than of in experimental group 1(P〈0.05).The c value in control group(b degradation rate) was significantly higher than that of in other groups(P〈0.05).The difference of NDF and ADF degradation parameters and effective degradation rate in the 4 groups was not significant.【Conclusion】The optional additive amount of feeding peas in diet was 25%.
