窄谱中波紫外线联合中药熏蒸治疗寻常型银屑病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）联合中药熏蒸治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效.方法 120例寻常型银屑病患者完全随机分为治疗组及对照组各60例.2组均每日静脉滴注香丹注射液20 ml,复方甘草酸苷注射液40 ml各一次,同时口服阿维A胶囊30g/d.治疗组同时采用中药熏蒸,每次30 min,然后采用311 nm NB-UVB照射,剂量自0.5 J/cm2开始,每次递增0.1 J/cm2,最大维持剂量2.8～3.0 J/cm2.对照组不使用中药熏蒸,仅采用NB-UVB治疗,方法与治疗组相同.观察2组疗效.结果 治疗4周后,治疗组有效率95%（57/60）,对照组为80%（48/60）,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.治疗组治疗2及4周后皮疹面积和严重程度评分分别为（11.27±4.33）、（2.43±2.13）分,对照组分别为（13.69±6.42）、（7.56±6.66）分,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 NB-UVB联合中药熏蒸治疗寻常型银屑病疗效优于单独使用NB-UVB治疗.Objective To evaluate the efficacy of NB-UVB combined with herb steam therapy in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Sixty cases in the treatment group were treated with NB-UVB, combined with herb steam therapy. 60 eases in control group were treated with NB-UVB. Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control groups were 95% and 80% respectively. The scores became lower after treatment in the treatment group and control groups respectively. There wass distinct difference between the treatment group and control groups （ P = 0. 013 ）. Conclusion The treatment of narrowband UVB combined with herb steam therapy in psoriasis is superior to the solo use of NB-UVB.
