无创机械通气在急诊呼吸衰竭中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:通过总结我科近年应用无创机械通气对各类呼吸衰竭病人的治疗,说明无创机械通气在以上疾病的治疗中具有较好的疗效和应用前景。方法:选取2006及2009年我科无创机械通气治疗病人,记录其治疗前及治疗后24h心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)、血气指标;对两年治疗百分比及有效性进行比较。结果:与2006年比无创机械通气在2009年呼吸衰竭病人中得到了更多的应用及更好的疗效。结论:无创机械通气在急诊治疗各类呼吸衰竭病人有较好的疗效和应用前景。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of noninvasive ventilation for acute respiratory failure in recent years.Methods：To choose patients of acute respiratory failure treated with noninvasive ventilator in 2006 and 2009.Record patients HR,RR,PO2,PCO2,PH and SpO2 before and 24 hours after the noninvasive ventilator was used,and compare the therapeutic validity.Results：compare with patients in 2006,patients of acute respiratory failure treated with noninvasive ventilator has good therapeutic effects in 2009.Conclusion：Noninvasive ventilator has good therapeutic effects and promising prospects in the treatment of acute respiratory failure diseases.
