摘　　要：华西医院物业管理科采取前期维修数据分析、巡视路径规范、工单填写以及科室参与的巡修项目确认等工作,将过去零星维修的"救火式"维修转换成每天循环式的直接面向临床科室的及时维修服务,简化了科室报修流程,解决80%的日常故障,形成了有华西管理特色的物业化管理的巡视维修服务。本文将巡视维修服务实施过程的要点进行了理论概括,供读者参考。Property Management Division of West China Hospital takes pre-maintenance data analysis,inspection path specification,fill out work orders and let clinical departments participate in the tour project identification,etc.,transforms the past scattered ＂fire-fighting＂ maintenances into direct to clinical departments maintenance services in cycle-style,simplify the repair process,and resolve about 80% of the daily fault,forms a distinctive West China Hospital management inspections of property management service.This article will inspect the implementation process of elements of maintenance services and carried out a theoretical summary for readers＇ reference.
