摘　　要：目的:探讨环氧乙烷灭菌前后的管理及对灭菌效果的监测,确保物品的灭菌质量。方法:对每个环节制定职责,责任到人,进行规范化管理;采用物理、化学、生物三种监测方法对灭菌效果进行全面监控。结果:自2007年1月至今,通过规范管理,严格操作规程,未发生不安全事件及灭菌不合格事件。结论:在灭菌工作中严格各环节的管理及监测方法的正确使用是保证灭菌安全及灭菌效果的关键。Objective：To study the management before and after ethylene oxide sterilization and the sterilization effect of monitoring,to ensure that goods and sterilization.Methods：Eveloped for each part of the duties,responsibilities to the people,for the standardized management;by physical,chemical and biological effects of three types of monitoring methods to conduct a comprehensive monitoring of sterilization.Results：So far since January 2007,through standardized management and strict operating rules,no unsafe event and sterilization failure event.Conclusions：Strict sterilization of all aspects of the management and monitoring methods to ensure the correct use sterilization Sterilization safety and key.
