碘伏纱布联合特定电磁波治疗器(TDP)治疗深度压疮临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨碘伏纱布联合特定电磁波治疗器(TDP)治疗深度压疮的效果。方法:将56例(134处)压疮患者随机分为研究组29例(70处)和对照组27例(64处),研究组使用碘伏纱布联合TDP治疗,对照组使用凡士林纱布常规换药治疗。比较两组患者的治愈率及平均愈合时间、换药时间。结果:研究组各期创面治愈率均高于对照组(P<0.05),平均愈合时间、换药时间均短于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:碘伏纱布联合TDP治疗深度压疮具有良好的临床效果。Objective： To explore the effect of Iodophor gauze combined with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus in the treatment of deep pressure sores. Methods： 56 patients （ 134 pressure sores） were randomly divided into study group （ n = 29, 70 pressure sores） and control group （n = 27, 64 pressure sores）. The patients in the study group were treated with Io- dophor gauze combined with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus and the patients in the control group were treated with Vaseline gauze for conventional dressing changes. The cure rate, average healing time and changing dressing time were compared between the two groups. Results： The cure rate of wound at each stage was higher in the study group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the average healing time and changing dressing time was shorter in the study group than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ,P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Iodophor gauze combined with special electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus has a good clinical effect in the treatment of deep pressure sores.
