摘　　要：目的:探讨球囊导管恒速恒压子宫输卵管造影患者围术期护理方法。方法:对1800例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者加强围术期护理。结果:本组1732例(96.22%)一次造影成功,图像显示清晰,其中356例(19.78%)出现不同程度的对比剂逆流现象,未出现严重并发症;68例(3.78%)宫颈内口狭窄或松弛,导管不能插入或球囊不能嵌塞子宫颈内口,改用锥形橡胶头套管堵塞宫颈外口进行手推造影。结论:精心的围术期护理在子宫输卵管造影检查中起着重要作用。Objective： To explore the perioperative nursing methods in the hysterosalpingography with balloon catheter at constant speed and under constant pressure. Methods： The enhanced perioperative nursing care was applied to 1800 patients with tubal obstructive infertility. Resuhs： 1732 cases （96.22%） had one -time successful hysterosalpingography and all the images were clear; the adverse current of contrast agent occurred in 356 cases （ 19.78% ） of the total cases in varying degrees, without serious complications ; the occurrence of failed insertion of catheter or failed embedment of balloon into cervix due to stenosis or incompetence of maternal orifice of uterus was found in 68 cases （3.78%） , and manual hysterosalpingography was used by bloc- king outer orifice of uterus with coniform rubber - head eannula. Conclusion ： The careful perioperative nursing care plays an important role in the hysterosalpingography.
