不同基质处理对亚洲百合生长发育的影响

摘　　要：[目的]研究在亚洲百合无土栽培中能够替代泥炭的新型基质材料。[方法]在混配基质中用麦秆、玉米杆、椰糠、菇渣、豆荚5种有机废弃物作为亚洲百合品种‘普瑞头’无土栽培基质,设置7个处理,研究不同处理对亚洲百合生长发育的影响。[结果]7种混配基质的各项理化指标均在无土栽培基质的理想范围内,其中2份珍珠岩:2份蛭石:3份椰糠:3份沙子栽培的百合生长发育综合表现最好。[结论]2份珍珠岩:2份蛭石:3份椰糠:3份沙子可替代泥炭作为亚洲百合的无土栽培基质。[Objective] The aim was to get a new substrate to replace peat in soiless culture of Lilium Asiatic hybrids.[Method] The effects of five kinds of organic waste,including wheat-straw,corn stalk,coir dust,mushroom residue and bean pod on growth and development of Lilium ‘Prato’ were investigated.[Result]The results showed that the physical and chemical characteristics of seven treatments met the requirements of soiless culture.In the treatment V（perlite）：V（vermiculite）：V（coir dust）：V（sand） 2：2：3：3,the plants had the best comprehensive performance of growth and development among the 7 treatments.[Conclusion ]This mixed substrate could be used as substitute of peat in soiless culture of Lilium ‘Asiatic hybrids’.
