白花丹鲜叶与干叶中白花丹醌含量测定

摘　　要：[目的]比较白花丹新鲜叶及干燥叶中白花丹醌含量的高低。[方法]采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取白花丹叶中的白花丹醌,用高效液相色谱仪检测鲜叶及干燥叶中白花丹醌的含量。[结果]白花丹鲜叶与干燥叶中白花丹醌的含量分别为0.0275%和0.0088%。[结论]白花丹醌的含量新鲜叶比干燥叶高。[Objective] The aim was to compare the content of plumbagin in the fresh and dry Plumbago zeylanica L.leaf.[Method]Steam distillation way was used to distill the plumbagin of Plumbago zeylanica L.leaf,and HPLC was used to examine the content of plumbagin in the fresh and dry P.zeylanica L.leaf.[Result] The result showed that the content of plumbagin in the fresh and dry P.zeylanica L.leaf was 0.0275%,0.0088%.[Conclusion] The content of plumbagin in the fresh caudex was higher than the dry one.
