摘  要:在全球公顷、国家公顷和省公顷的模型基础上,建立了市公顷生态足迹和生态承载力的计算模型。采用2003~2007年某市平均土地单产量,以市公顷模型计算出全市均衡因子和市域范围内某县级市的产量因子,进而核算和分析了这5年该县级市的生态足迹,并把2007年的数据与全球公顷法进行了对比分析。由市公顷计算结果看出,该县级市人均生态足迹中耕地和草地占的比重很大,2007年分别达到了44%和46%,而人均生态赤字则主要是由草地方面贡献的,2007年草地人均生态赤字达到总人均生态赤字的73.8%。根据计算结果与实际情况,提出了该县级市相应的可持续发展建议。The ecological footprint and ecological capacity model on the basis of city hectare was presented according to the ecological footprint concept and model on the basis of global hectare,national hectare or province hectare.By using the model on the basis of city hectare and the actual yield per unit area of the city from 2003 to 2007,the equivalence factor of the city and the yield factor of the county in the city were evaluated,and the ecological footprints in these 5 years were evaluated and analyzed.The data of 2007 were compared with those which were evaluated in global hectare method,and the differences were analyzed among them.Using city hectare as the evaluation criterion,the proportion of the cropland footprint or the pasture footprint in the county was great,it would be 44% or 46% in 2007 respectively.And that the proportion of the pasture per capita ecological deficit was the biggest reached 73.8% in 2007.From the results and the fact,some measures were proposed for solving the problem in the county,and a model for sustainable development and economic promotion was proposed.
