摘　　要：介绍天津农业气象短信服务业务,并根据业务内容和流程利用MATLAB开发农业气象短信编辑管理系统。该系统根据天津农业气象周年服务的特点,重点实现农业气象短信的自助编辑和业务管理功能,可为业务值班人员提供一个便捷、规范的农业气象编辑和管理的业务平台。The operations of agrometeorological short message service in Tianjin were introduced.The agrometeorological short message edition management system was developed using MATLAB according to the service content and the flow.Based on the characteristics of agrometeorological anniversary service in Tianjin,the self-service edition and the business management functions of agrometeorological short message were mainly realized,which would provide a convenient,standard operation platform of agrometeorological short message edition and management service for the business operator.
