辽东桤木种子休眠特性研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨辽东桤木种子的休眠特性及打破休眠的处理方法。[方法]通过种子发芽抑制物检测和种子发芽试验研究了辽东桤木种子萌发的影响因素。[结果]辽东桤木种子不同浓度的水、乙醇和丙酮提取液对白菜种子萌发有明显的抑制作用。辽东桤木种子自然发芽率低,只有8%。采用GA3处理可提高种子发芽率,且种子发芽势整齐;当GA3浓度在50mg/L以上时,浸种48h可显著提高种子发芽率,极显著提高种子发芽势,但当GA3浓度高于200mg/L时,幼苗明显徒长。与其他处理相比,层积处理30d以上可显著提高种子发芽率和发芽势;层积处理30和40d,不仅显著提高了种子发芽率,而且种子发芽势整齐。有光条件下种子发芽率和发芽势高于无光条件下种子发芽率和发芽势。[结论]该研究为辽东桤木种子育苗提供了参考依据。[Objective] The purpose was to discuss the dormancy characteristic of Alnus sibirica Fisch.ex Turcz seeds and the processing methods of breaking its dormancy.[Method] Through detecting germination-inhibitor in seeds and seed germination experiment,the factors influencing the germination of A.sibirica seeds were studied.[Result] The water,ethanol and acetone extracts at different concn.of A.sibirica seeds had obvious inhibition effects on the germination of Chinese cabbage seeds.The natural germination rate of A.sibirica seeds was low,being only 8%.In treatment with GA3,the seed germination rates were enhanced and the seed germination potentials were uniform;when GA3 concn.was higher than 50 mg/L,seed-soaking for 48 h could enhance seed germination rate significantly and increase seed germination potential extremely significantly;but when GA3 concn.was higher than 200 mg/L,the seedlings showed obvious useless growth.Compared with other treatments,stratification for more than 30 d could enhance seed germination rate and potential significantly;in stratifications for 30 and 40 d,not only the seed germination rates were enhanced significantly,but also the seed germination potentials were uniform.The seed germination rate and potential in light were higher than that in darkness.[Conclusion] This study supplied reference basis for raising seedlings from A.sibirica seeds.
