广东乌龟受水霉菌感染后的组织病理观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察受水霉菌自然或人工感染的广东乌龟组织和器官的病理学变化。[方法]采用常规石蜡组织切片和HE染色法对自然或人工方法感染水霉病后的广东乌龟各脏器的病理变化进行观察。[结果]乌龟感染水霉菌后,表皮糜烂并出现溃疡,细胞空泡化,角质层疏松或脱落。真皮层可见坏死病灶。肌层结构紊乱,并可见菌丝体;脑组织水肿,细胞空泡化,部分细胞凋亡;肺、脾脏、肝脏、心脏和消化道各器官的病理变化不明显。[结论]致病性水霉菌可致乌龟组织器官不同程度的损伤,主要靶器官是皮肤和脑组织。[Objective] The research aimed to observe the histopathological changes in the tissue and organs of Chinemys nigricans infected with water mould by artificial or nature method.[Method] Using conventional paraffin section and HE dying method,the pathologic changes of each viscera in Chinemys nigricans infected with water mould by artificial or nature method were observed.[Result] After Chinemys nigricans was infected by water mould,there were erosion and ulceration on the body skin and the cell vacuolation.The loosened or desquamated epidermal stratum corneum was found.The necrosis foci were seen in corium.The structures of muscles were disorder and the mycelia were found in muscle.The edema,cell vacuolation and part cell apoptosis were appeared in brain tissue.The pathologic changes were unconspicuous in other organs such as lung,spleen,liver,kidney,heart and alimentary tract.[Conclusion] Pathogenic Saprolegniasis can cause damage to tissues and organs in Chinemys nigricans.The target organs of Saprolegnia are the skin and brain tissue.
