摘　　要：从以全程化就业理论指导为基础,以就业基地建设和市场开发工作为保障,以高素质的专业化教师队伍建设为保证,以就业实践和就业反馈为拓展4个方面,对就业指导体系进行了探讨,以期构建一个更加完善、符合全程化、专业化、信息化标准的就业指导体系。The focus is to make progress to build an employment guidance system in accordance with the following four standards,e.g.,more reasonable,more suitable for whole process guidance,more professional and more advanced about information,which is based on the whole process employment guidance,the foundation of employment basement and market development efforts,high-quality professional professors and college students venture plans.
