摘 要:[目的]研究扦插基质、激素处理及插穗粗度对胡颓子扦插繁殖的影响。[方法]统计分析不同处理对胡颓子扦插生根率、平均根数和根长的影响。[结果]以腐叶土为基质时,胡颓子的生根率、平均根数和平均根长最高,分别为95.6%、4.3条和4.8cm;对于激素处理,150mg/LIBA处理最佳,其生根率、平均根数和平均根长分别为94.6%、4.6条和4.9cm;从插穗粗度来看,直径为5~6mm的插穗扦插效果较好。[结论]胡颓子扦插育苗以腐叶土为基质,使用直径为5~6mm的1年生枝为插穗,用150mg/LIBA浸泡4h为好。[Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of cutting substrates,hormone treatments and cottage thicknesses on the cutting propagation of Elaeagnus pungens Thunb..[Method] The effects of different treatments on the rooting rate,average root number and root length of Elaeagnus pungens Thunb.were evaluated by statistical analysis.[Result] The results showed that the best effect on Elaeagnus pungens Thunb.cutting was from the leaf mould,the rooting rate,rooting number and root length were 95.6%,4.3 and 4.8 cm.For the hormone treatments,the best effects was obtained by treating with IBA 150 mg/L and the rooting rate,rooting number and root length were 94.6%,4.6 and 4.9 cm respectively.But for the cutting diameter,the cutting diameter with 5-6 mm was the effective way.[Conclusion] The best combination for the cutting propagation of Elaeagnus pungens Thunb.was as follows:diameter of 5-6 mm cutting treated for 4 hours with IBA 150 mg/L and planted in the cutting medium of leaf mould.
