摘  要:[目的]研究盐胁迫对韭菜种子萌发及早期幼苗生长的影响。[方法]将种子置于培养皿内的滤纸上,分别加入0(对照)、25、50、75、100、125、150、175和200mmol/LNaCl溶液进行培养。[结果]韭菜种子的萌发和早期幼苗的生长指标与盐浓度呈显著负相关。NaCl浓度为25mmol/L时,种子萌发及幼苗生长指标均与对照无显著差异;当NaCl浓度为50mmol/L时,种子发芽率和发芽速率与对照无显著差异,而幼苗根长、苗长和生物量均显著低于对照;当NaCl浓度为75mmol/L时,种子萌发及幼苗生长指标均显著低于对照。[结论]随着生长环境中盐度的提高,韭菜种子发芽率、幼苗根长和生物量等指标显著下降。[Objective]The study aimed to investigate the effects of salt(NaCl)stress on the germination and early seedling growth of Allium tuberosum Rottl.ex Spr..[Method]The seeds were placed on the filter paper in Petri dishes and supplied with distilled water(control)or NaCl solution at the concentrations of 25,50,75,100,125,150,175 and 200 mmol/L respectively.[Result]The results indicated that there were significant negative relationship between salt stress and the characters of seed germination or the characters of seedling growth.However both seed germination and seedling growth were not inhibited in the presence of 25 mmol/L NaCl solution.The seedling root and shoot lengths and biomass were all decreased significantly when NaCl concentration exceeded 50 mmol/L,but the germination percent and germination rate were not reduced.The salinity caused significant reduction in the characters of seed germination and seedling growth when NaCl concentration exceeded 75 mmol/L.[Conclusion]Germination percent,root and shoot length and biomass of seedling significantly decreased as the salinity of the medium increased.
