摘  要:[目的]探讨史氏鲟幼鱼适宜的麻醉方法。[方法]利用全自动生化分析仪和血液分析仪,比较了MS-222、丁香油和直流电3种不同麻醉方法对史氏鲟幼鱼血液指标的影响。[结果]与对照组史氏鲟幼鱼血液比较,MS-222组血糖(GLU)、尿素氮(BUN)和红细胞比容(HCT)差异显著(P<0.05),丁香油组BUN、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)差异显著(P<0.05),电麻醉组GLU、BUN和红细胞总数(RBC)差异显著(P<0.05)。丁香油组史氏鲟幼鱼GLU浓度显著高于MS-222组和直流电组,且丁香油组ALT和AST浓度显著高于MS-222组。[结论]3种麻醉法对史氏鲟幼鱼血液均有影响,电麻醉耗时较短,化学麻醉操作简便,可因地制宜地选用。[Objective] The aim was to discuss feasible anesthesia in juvenile Acipenser schrenckii.[Method] With Auto Biochemistry Analyzer and Auto Blood Analyzer,the effects of anesthesia by MS-222,clove oil and direct current on juvenile sturgeon were studied.[Result] Compared with blood parameters in control group,significant difference was found on parameters of glucose(GLU),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and red blood cell specific volume(HCT)in MS-222 group,significant difference was found on parameters of BUN,alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in clove oil group,and significant difference was found on parameters of GLU,BUN and red blood count(RBC)in direct current group.GLU concentration in clove oil group was significantly higher than that in MS-222 group and direct current group.ALT and AST concentrations were significantly higher than that in MS-222 group.[Conclusion] Blood parameters of juvenile A.schrenckii were all affected by chemical anesthesia and electroanesthesia.These three anesthesia all had advantages and disadvantages,and could be used according to local conditions.
