摘  要:[目的]研究桂花净光合速率与环境因子和生理因子的关系。[方法]在自然条件下使用LICOR-6400光合测定仪测量桂花(Os-manthus fragrans)的净光合速率,以及部分生理因子和环境因子,再对桂花净光合作用与各种生理因子和环境因子的关系进行分析。[结果]光合有效辐射是影响桂花净光合速率的主导因子,在光合有效辐射低于200μmol/(m2.s)时,净光合速率与光合有效辐射呈线性关系,y=0.0236x-0.4377(R2=0.8358)。桂花的净光合速率与蒸腾速率存在较为一致的变化趋势,但二者不存在直接的相互影响。[结论]气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度是影响桂花净光合速率的主要生理因子,二者共同发挥作用,直接影响桂花的净光合速率。[Objective]The research aimed to study the relationships among net photosynthetic rate of Osmanthus fragrans,physiogical factors and environmental factors.[Method]Net photosynthetic rate of O.fragrans under natural condition was measured by using LICOR-6400XT portable photosynthesis system.Some physiological factors and environmental factors were measured at the same time,too.Then the relationships among net photosynthetic rate,physiological factors and environmental factors were analyzed.[Result]The results showed that photosynthetic active radiation was the dominant factor which affected net photosynthetic rate most.As photosynthetic active radiation was lower than 200 μmol/(m2·s),net photosynthetic was linear relative with photosynthetic active radiation.The equation was y=0.023 6x-0.437 7(R2=0.835 8).The trends of net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate were more consistent,but there was no direct correlation between them.[Conclusion]Stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were the main physiological factors that affected the net photosynthetic rate.They affected the net photosynthetic rate of O.fragrans directly.
