摘  要:[目的]分析胡杨的耐旱机制和水分生理的特点。[方法]以北京和乌海两地的胡杨锯卵叶形枝条和披针叶形枝条试材,对2种叶形枝条的导水特性进行比较研究,用植物压力室和XYLEM木质部导水率与栓塞测量系统对胡杨枝条的水势、导水率、栓塞程度进行测定。[结果]胡杨锯卵叶形枝条的水势为-1.55MPa,明显大于披针叶形枝条的水势(-1.83MPa),其导水率是披针叶形枝条的2倍以上,栓塞程度比披针叶形枝条的高5%。胡杨的叶形与枝条的导水率具有一定相关性,但不同地区、不同年龄的胡杨枝条的导水率变化规律基本一致。胡杨枝条的导水率与栓塞程度呈负相关。[结论]胡杨锯卵叶形枝条导水性较强,导水率较高,要比披针叶形的枝条更加适应干旱的环境。[Objective]The study aimed to analyze the mechanism of drought resistance and water physiological characteristics in Populus euphratica.[Method]Taking the branches with the saw-ovate leaf shape and lanceolate leaf shape of P.euphratica from Beijing and Wuhai,the hydraulic conduction property of the branches with 2 kinds of leaf shape was compared and studied.The water potential,hydraulic conductivity and embolism of P.euphratica branches were measured by using the pressure chamber and the measuring system of hydraulic conductivity and embolism in XYLEM xylem.[Result]The water potential of the branches with the saw-ovate leaf shape was-1.55 MPa,which was obviously larger than that with the lanceolate leaf shape(-1.83 MPa).Its hydraulic conductivity was more twice of that with the lanceolate leaf shape and its embolism was 5% higher than that with the lanceolate leaf shape.The leaf shape of P.euphratica had some correlation with the hydraulic conductivity of the branches,but the hydraulic conductivity of P.euphratica branches with different ages from the different areas showed the basic consistent law.The hydraulic conductivity of P.euphratica had a negative correlation with the embolism.[Conclusion]P.euphratica branches with the saw-ovate leaf shape had stronger hydraulic conduction property and higher hydraulic conductivity,so it could more suit to drought environment than the branches with the lanceolate leaf shape.
