局麻下善愈双层补片腹膜前修补腹股沟疝106例临床应用体会

摘　　要：目的探讨局麻下使用善愈双层补片腹膜前修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床效果和手术方法。方法采用北京天助畅运公司生产的善愈补片,经腹股沟切口腹膜前置入治疗106例单侧腹股沟疝。结果本组术中麻醉效果良好,患者无明显疼痛。手术时间平均32min。患者术后即可下床活动,5～7d出院,切口疼痛较重需使用止痛剂者2例,无术后神经瘤。并发阴囊积液3例,本组患者无围手术期死亡,未出现缺血性睾丸炎,尿潴留、切口感染等术后并发症,无明显异物感,无术后复发。结论局麻下善愈双层补片腹膜前腹股沟疝修补术疗效可靠、术后并发症少、操作简单、创伤小、术后恢复快、治疗费用便宜,因此适宜临床推广。Objective To evaluate the curative effect and operative method of open preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with Shanyu bilayer mesh. Methods 106 patients （unilateral hernia） with preperitoneal groin tension-free hernioplasty under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with Shanyu mesh were analyzed. Results The effect of local nerve blockade anaesthesia was well,patients had no significant pain. The average operative time was 32 minutes. The patients can get out of bed after operation.Discharged from hospital 5to7 days. Just 2 patients had slight incision pain after operation,no postoperative neuroma. Three cases had scrotal hydrops,no ischemic orchitis or urinary retention,no incision infection,no significant foreign body sensation,and no recurrence.Conclusions Under local nerve blockade anaesthesia with Shanyu mesh,the open preperitoneal gro-in tension-free hernioplasty is a safe and credible operative method with fewcomplica-tions.
