提旋复位法结合头颈部推拿治疗颈性眩晕疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨提旋复位法结合头颈部推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效和治疗机制。方法将106例颈性眩晕患者随机分为治疗组(提旋复位结合头颈部推拿组)和对照组(药物+颈椎牵引组),观察治疗前后疗效比较、X线片和经颅彩色多普勒的检查变化。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,经统计学分析差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论提旋复位法结合头颈推拿治疗颈性眩晕具有安全、快速、有效纠正环枢关节紊乱的作用,能显著增大椎-基底动脉系统的血管舒缩功能,加强血管顺应性,减少脑血管阻力,促进血流速度,从而能快速改善颈性眩晕的临床症状。Objective To investigate the reset method to spin the head and neck massage therapy combined with cervical vertigo clinical efficacy and therapeutic mechanism. Methods 106 cases of cervical vertigo patients were randomly divided into treatment group （ combined reset to spin the head and neck massage therapy group） and control group（ drug cervical traction group） to observe the effects before and after treatment, X - ray film and transcranial color Doppler examination of the changes. Results The results of efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group, by statistical analysis of the differences was significant （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Rotary conclusions mentioned in conjunction with head and neck massage for treatment of cervical vertigo with safe, fast, effective corrective central role of atlantoaxial joint disorder, can significantly increase one vertebral basilar artery vasomotor function of the system, strengthening vascular compliance, reduce cerebral vascular resistance, the promotion of blood flow velocity, which can quickly improve the cervical vertigo symptoms.
