Shouldice法进行成人Ⅲ型以上腹股沟斜疝修补的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨Shouldice法进行成人Ⅲ型以上腹股沟斜疝修补的效果.方法 选取2008年1月～2009年5月于笔者所在医院进行治疗的80例成人Ⅲ型以上腹股沟斜疝患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组（Bassini法组）40例和观察组（Shouldice法组）40例.后将两组患者的手术时间、疼痛评分、复发率、患者满意率、并发症发生率及下床时间等进行检测和比较.结果 研究比较发现,观察组手术时间与对照组无显著性差异,下床时间却短于对照组,术后疼痛评分低于对照组,1年随访复发率低于对照组,患者满意率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较,P均〈0.05,均有显著性差异.结论 Shouldice法进行成人Ⅲ型以上腹股沟斜疝修补的疗效较佳,综合优势明显,值得临床推广及应用.Objective To study the effects of Shouldice for adult indirect inguinal hernia Ⅲ type and above. Methods 80 cases adult indirect inguinal hernia patients with Ⅲ type and above in our hospital from January 2008 to May 2009 were selected as research object, and the were randomly divided into control group（ Bassini group）40 cases and observation group（ Shouldice group）40 cases, then the operation time, pain score,recurrence rate, satisfaction rate,incidence of complications and getting out - of - bed time were detected and compared. Results There was no difference between the two groups in operation time, bu the getting out - of - bed time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, pain score was lower than that of the control group, satisfaction rate was higher than that of the control group, incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group, P 〈 0. 05, there were significant differences. Conclusion The effects of Shouldice for adult indirect inguinal hernia with Ⅲ type and above is better, and is worthy of further popularization and application.
