老年自发性气胸54例外科治疗临床分析

摘　　要：目的 探索老年自发性气胸外科手术及引流的临床疗效.方法 回顾分析2005年3月～2009年11月收治54例老年自发性气胸临床资料.结果 经胸腔闭式引流治愈45例,手术9例治愈8例,1例患者术后11 d死亡.结论 老年自发性气胸患者经外科手术及引流效果可靠,并发症少,病情不宜迁延,有很好的临床效果.Objective To explore the clinical effect of spontaneous pneumothorax in patients over 60 years of age. Methods retrospectively analyse the data of 54 cases of spontaneous pneumothorax over 60 years of age in the period from March, 2005 to November, 2009. Results 45 cases were cured after closed drainage of thoracic cavity, 9 cases received operations , including 8 cases cured and 1 case died （1 l days after operation ）. Conclusion surgical operations and closed drainage are reliable with less complications and shorter therapeutic process.
