摘　　要：目的研究阿德福韦与小牛胸腺DNA的结合作用方式。方法采用紫外分光光度法和荧光光谱法进行研究。结果证实了阿德福韦是通过嵌插方式和静电结合方式与DNA发生了相互作用。结论阿德福韦与DNA的相互作用为静态猝灭过程,其猝灭速率常数(Kq)=2.07×1011L.mol-1.S-1,结合常数(K)=3.41×103L.mol-1,结合位点数(n)=1.05。Objective To study the amphigama modality of adefovir and ct-DNA.Methods Studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and fluorescence spectroscopy method.Results Adefovir confirmed by way of intercalation and electrostatic binding mode of interaction with DNA occurred effect.Conclusion The interaction of adefovir with DNA static quenching process,the quenching rate constant（Kq）=2.07×1011L·mol-1·S-1,the binding constant（K）=3.41×103L·mol-1,the binding sites（n）=1.05.
