活性硫化物对硫磷型车辆齿轮油使用性能的影响

摘　　要：合成了几种不同活性硫含量的活性硫化物，参照ＡＳＴＭＤ１６６２方法对其在一定温度下的活性硫含量分别进行测定。考察了活性硫含量对硫磷型车辆齿轮油添加剂体系各项使用性能的影响。分析了腐蚀试验铜片表面膜的元素组成。试验表明：活性硫改善了齿轮油的极压性，对抑制铜腐蚀性、防锈性能和抗氧化性能均有不利的影响。Several active sulfur compounds with different active sulfur content have been synthesized. Thecontents of active sulfur at specified temperature have been determined by ASTM D 1662 method. The effects ofactive sulfur content on performances of the additives system of sulfur-phosphorus type vehicle gear oil have beeninvestigated. Modern analytic methods were employed to examine the elemental composition of surface films aftercorrosion tests. It is concluded that active sulfur compounds may improve the oil's EP property but harm inhibition of copper corrosion, antirust property and anti-oxidation stability.
