摘  要:介绍了我国钾肥应用效果、生产现状、需求情况。总结了钾长石提钾工艺,详细介绍了高温反应体系、微生物分解体系、氢氟酸分解体系、离子交换体系和碱性反应体系工艺过程、能耗、排放和工业化前景。强调以低碳经济为指导思想,开发和完善低能耗、低污染、低排放、高收率的钾长石提钾制备钾肥技术意义重大,也是实现我国社会和农业可持续发展的有效措施之一。This paper introduces the effect of China's potash fertilizer application, production status and market demand. It summarizes the process of extraction of potassium from potassium feldspar and gives a detailed introduction of process, energy consumption, emission and industrial prospect of high temperature reaction system, microbial decomposition system, hydrofluoric acid decomposition, ion exchange system and basic reaction system. It is significant that we put emphasis on the guiding ideology of low-carbon economy, develop and improve the technology of extraction of potassium from potassium feldspar to prepare K-fertilizer of low power consumption, low pollution, low emission and high yield which also is one of the effective measures achieving sustainable development of agriculture in our society.
