摘　　要：基于行政伦理的视角,从我国处于社会转型期的现状出发,通过反思我国行政问责文化缺失的现象,并从制度伦理与个人伦理角度探求了建构和重塑行政问责文化的路径。Based on the perspective of administrative ethics, the article begins with the current situation in China, reflects the phenomenon of lacking administrative accountability culture, and explores the ways to construct the accountability culture from the aspects of systematic and personal ethics.
